Comment: We have had our Whirlpool 450 air purifier for a little more than 2 years, and find that these pre-filters last 3+ months as advertised.
We have also tried a "generic" replacement pre-filter, which worked fine. After switching back to these (as there was not much savings with the other, and they're not offered on Amazon), I realized that these Whirlpool filters have nice little "slits" that help them attach in the right spot inside the air purifier. (That being said, the slits also make it such that there is a definite "up" or "down" to the filters.)
This package of pre-filters arrived in a tidy box (convenient for storage). I'm sure we'll be back for more, as its tough to beat the price and quick shipping.

Comment: What can you review about a pre-filter for an air cleaner? Well, it does what it is supposed to do-filters the air before the dust and particulates are able to reach the HEPA filter.
Price is right and delivery was the usual lightning fast! I buy my pre-filters and HEPA filter from Amazon!!
