This air purifier completely outperforms those costing hundreds more. It is quiet, efficient, and very effective. I've had mine for about two years and love it. Very simple to clean. Order the filters from the manufacturer (Surround Air) to avoid problems that a prior reviewer has indicated getting the wrong filters.

I got my IntelliPro in December 2006, and it's a trooper in a room that needs for it to be. BUT when it came time to replace the filters, the ones I got, based on the name and part description, were NOT the ones that fit the machine. It's taken 4 tries to get the correct replacement filters. If you buy this machine (which is very efficient and VERY quiet), and a lot cheaper (and more efficient) than equivalent air cleaners, get a LOT of replacement filters at the same time.
