I just got my new purifier today, exactly when amazon said it would get here. I just opened it up and the uv light is broken, but i talked to amazon and there sending me a new one. I guess i'll see how it workes without the light untill the new one gets here...

The new one arrived on time again, but im returning it also. I've had it running constantly for a week now and it hasn't done anything. It is almost silent, but i would rather it make a little noise, the white noise helps me sleep. But there is no way it filters the amount of air it claims too. After running for a week straight it doesnt even have a bit of dust on it, not even a fuzz or cat hair. It doesn't have enough suction to even hold a small napkin on the intake side. I also didn't notice an inprovement in my allergies or asthma. Air filters that I have used in the past have helped my allergies and aspecially my asthma at night. Item despite working perfect and looking good barely sucked in any dust and only within a few inches of the unit. Did not do a thing with allergies but ran quiet. Returned with no issue. Cannot recommend.

Unit well made except I started to wonder about it not getting rid of the oder in the kitchen like the other one did. I later realized that it did not have the type of filter that my other Purifier had ( Same make bought from another seller ) that is suppose to be in this unit. There was suppose to be a filter that is a combination HEPA Filter and Activated Carbon Filter. Well the filter was just a HEPA Filter. I sent back unit to Amazon for refund with out any problems. Not Amazon fault. There job is to offer products for sale. It is the makers job to make sure there product is what it is suppose to be ( the way they advertise it ).
