The company I bought it from is good to deal with, but the product lacks a few important features. The way the purifier is designed is quite poor unless you want an ozone purifier that will run only up to 90 minutes a day. There are three settings and the highest setting is such that the ozone comes on for only 10 minutes every 90 minutes. That's only 90 minutes a full day. If that is how much ozone you want then you may be happy with it. My need for the ozone was much greater than that so it was a waste for me.

Lasted about 2 weeks then motor started whining! Sure it won't last long now, piece of garbage! Don't waist your money on it plus it only generates 30 sec every half hour.

Doesn't really do anything. Never noticed any difference in the air quality. After using it for about 1 month, the motor bearings wore out and the device simply screetches. Can't send it back cuz my time has run out. I'll just throw it away.
