I purchased this air purifier to replace one that I had for several years. I chose what I thought was the same as my broken one but a different brand. My main reason for having the air purifier was because my husband and son suffer with seasonal allergies. And the added plus was you wouldn't know that we have two dogs and a cat with the old air cleaner.

This one sounded similair to what I was replacing but there just isn't a clean "smell" to the air. My husband's allergies have been terrible all summer.

I wanted to call "New Comfort" to see about getting another or repairing this one. But there is NO COMPANY INFORMATION on any of the paperwork. If you google you only get Amazon or Ebay as a source.

I am afraid that I am stuck with this $189 piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND.

I have this sitting next to one of my speakers. It is heavy duty and very sleek. It does not take up much space. It works great. I have another purifier that actually tells when the air quality is bad. I have cranked this one up when this happens. I know it works because the other one starts to show the air quality is improving when I boost this one up. I have not had it long. The dealer is very respectful and service orientated. They will treat you right and answer any questions you have.
