Honeywell 50000293-002 Post Filter

After having filtration issues using just the screen-type prefilter on my Honeywell electrostatic system I sought a post filter to improve trapping of particulates. My HVAC vendor wanted over $60 for these filters. Purchasing via Amazon was much more cost-effective and the direct shipping from the vendor was fast and reasonable. I'll be doing the same when it comes time for replacements!

Although electrostatic air filtration is known for increased removal of invisible airborne smoke, pollen etc, their downside is less effective removal of dust and particulates. The visible dust level in my home has significantly decreased using these filters in addition to the prefilter and electrostaic cells.

I received two brand-new filters, as ordered, within 5 days of my order. No complaints.

I ordered these filters to replace the ones in the system next spring. I have purchased these filters yearly and normally the cellophane wrapping is alway torn or loose. These filter arrived in two days and were in perfect condition just like they came from the manufaturer. This seller gave me a great product in a short period of time and at a reasonable price. I will be looking to deal with this seller again if possible.
