Duracraft replacement air filter, fits Duracraft models 260, DA-5000C, and DA-5030. This filter measures approximately 6 3/4 H x 8 1/4 ID x 13 1/2 OD. It is also a HEPA filter that is 99.97% effective at removing particles as small as .3 microns from the air that passes through the filter. For optimum performance, replace filter once a year.

The duracraft Hepa 260 was our first air purifier we purchased. Reason being is because of the misery of allergy season and declared that I wasn't going to suffer through this again. I have discovered since the first purchase that one needs to have one purifier for the living room and another one for the bed room.

Replacement filters are still available on line; just search for Duracraft 5030.

We have three dogs and the dust and dander was getting to be a real problem in our house. So we brought the Duracraft out of the garage ( it was mothballed) purchased a new filter and now we are in business again.

The Duracraft Hepa 260 which is identical to the Honeywell HEPA 200, has three speeds; Super (near hurricane strength) High and Silent. We run ours on High. Now it's only fair to warn you that the 260 moves a lot of air with it's powerful motor; which is louder than our Honeywell 18155 but that is a good thing.
