The Fresh Air was recommended by a good friend. i found one on Amazon for $400 new which sounded like a great deal. When I plugged it in the unit told me I had to replace an part because it was defective. The Fresh Air being brand new I called the manufacturer only to find out that they do not allow sellers to sell on Amazon and I was on my own. So I e-mailed the seller through Amazon. They told me the unit was brand new and that shouldn't happening and told me to contact the manufacturer. When i told the what the said the e-mails suddenly stopped. I waited a week and decided to write this review. I have made many purchases through Amazon and this is the first time this has happened to me. I plan to pay the $80 for the replacement part, since I really like the Fresh Air. You know what they say, If it sounds to good to be true....
