Holmes dual air filter cartridge, which includes the Pleated filter + Carbon, fits Holmes Personal Space air purifier model HAP115, as well as Bionaire and Pollenex models PA115. This filter measures approximately 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 x 3/8 and the activated carbon filter helps remove odors. It also removes sub-micron sized particles such as pollen, dust, smoke particles, and reduces bacteria. For optimum performance, replace filter once every 6 months.

I have three of the same holmes air cleaners in my home and have had them for about five years now. I always order the same filters, HAP 115. For some reason these filters (although the picture shows the correct product) came without the cotton side and are a DOT too big. You have to SQUEEZE the filter into the machine.
