Hamilton Beach TrueAir Compact Pet Air Purifier

I have tried several different air purifiers. This is by far the best I have tried. It is much quieter than others, compact size, the filter is permanent, and it works great. We are getting another one for another room.Here's why I bought it. I wanted an air cleaner for a medium to small sized room where I keep my cat's litter box. Normally, it doesn't smell, but about the day it's time to change it, I can smell it. Now, I don't want to smell it ever, though I keep my kitty box schedule in tact. Anyway, this air cleaner is so quiet on Whisper Mode that I literally cannot hear it.It's a great item and i'm extremely happy with it.

This unit was pretty easy to put together. Make sure you install the carbon filters. I didn't realize after reading the description that you do have to pay for replacement carbon filters which are what help remove odor. I know the unit says "pet" in the title but I think this has the same design as their allergy-reducing unit (model 04383) this one is 04384, so I want to assume it's nearly the same but newer. This is simply speculation; nonetheless, it's cleared up odor and dust.

Compact, quiet and does the job. Hasn't been turned off since I purchased it the middle of December and it runs great! The room smells better and I think my allergies aren't as bad. Have only had to clean the filter once and it was very easy, just popped the front cover off and ran the vacumn over the two filters.

Would definitely purchase again.
