I purchased the product although I had read a previous review that it was not made by electrolux and is advertised as such. I have no idea how well this filter is performing, because it is sealed. It could be an empty box for all I know. I am disappointed that Amazon advertises it as "By Electrolux". I have come to really trust Amazon and this puts a little doubt in my mind. However, the $29.00 price was worth giving it a shot.

Its better than the original because it is about a third of the cost. Off white color too, so it matches the vacuum. Even Aerus won't do that with their new filters. Quick shipment as well.
