I was paying 50$ for one filter from the manufactor (General). This OEM approved filter is less than 1/2 the price and identical to the original. These are still a pain to install - not difficult, just time consuming - just like the ones from General.

I bought one from a HVAC guy in our area once and he came out and put it in. The charge was pretty nice for the filter and the service. I got the part number and found this filter on Amazon and it matched up. I got the filter and it was the same and I could put it in myself just fine. We used the filter all year and it seemed to do the job just the same as the one we bought from the HVAC guy. I saved money buying it through Amazon and putting it in myself. So yes, I am happy.
