Comment: It arrived and it's in good condition and the filters are all there in order. Whew...I made the mistake of opening the filters to examine system in advance of reading the booklet. So as soon as I read the booklet I knew I'd put the first filter or deepest one in wrong. There is a wee little metal catch at the bottom of the place they sit that has to be on the inside and I knew instantly that I had placed the filter in behind it. So got to reopen them all up again and correct that. At least I was aware what I'd done or ??? This plays some function on how the item uses that filter and activates it via metal to metal conduction I suspect. It doesn't say that but it's pretty clear. Ok also if you do what I did or when you go to wash filters make sure you keep them oriented in the right way as to how they were facing to begin with. Will make a difference too. I thought I might mark the lighter ones with an black marker dot so as to remind me. Meantime the filters are definitly a lot of filters to contend with. If dust gets through at all past the hepa filter it'll be amazing. So far I've ran the unit 24/7 since it's arrived with no problems. I haven't noticed a lot of difference but our house is a big house. I've backed it up with two less expensive hepa filters in two other rooms including the bedroom. I know wish I had stayed with the more expensive ones. This has good air flow out. I don't use the ionizer. PS the statement that it's all wood and metal is a big stretch too. Plastic coated wood products is more like it:)))
The two negatives: No battery back up to the settings so if you unplug the item to move it to another location...it looses those timed settings and you get to set the clock and start all over again. This holds if the power goes out too. Also the adverstisment for all of these units on Amazon or other locations lists it as covering 3,000 square feet. Our house is over 3,000 but not so open...so when the unit arrives it says it only covers 1,000 Sqaure feet. That means in my living room which has a 24 foot high ceiling in a 20 by 20 space four of them would barely cover it's needs? Finally the booklet says it does not use active oxygenation only to several lines later imply it does. HUH? I'm not kidding the non-usa language mistakes perhaps but for the most part the manual is better than some given how funny some of these things read these days. So they at least put forth the effort but hey Asian countries and China needs to hire people who really do understand our language for manuals. I would give it 5 stars if it had been clearer on how much coverage and also if it had a battery back up so the settings aren't lost when unpluged or power loss.

Comment: Replaced a $700 model that broke after 3 years with this one. Works better than I expected! Cleans out all cooking odors, even cigarettes. I bought one for my basement office and the whole house smells as good as it can!

Comment: So my son had allergies (just like his Dad did) and had to get on medication. So we bought this air purifier. I was impressed that it cleaned over 3000 square feet for being so compact. It was very quiet. We ran it on the other side of the house from where my sons room was but the next day his allergies went away and he was able to get off his medication. About a week later I noticed my sons allergies came back. I called my husband at work and he said he decided to give it a rest for a day and had shut it off. We turned it back on and the allergies went away. My husband was a believer! Right after we turned it on I noticed the house smelled clean like fresh air or something. I think thats because it has 6 seperate stages of purification to clean out everything. Within 30 minutes of me plugging it in I noticed a difference in the air.
